Cancellation and transfers
Cancellations received on the day will incur the full fee. If a cancellation is received in the 5 working days prior to the event, 50% of the fee will be refunded. If an appropriate substitute participant can be found a transfer of the place can be made at no additional cost, but to accommodate changes in special dietary requirements we do require 5 working days notification. If you change your booking to a new date within 6 months of the original booking, no cancellation fee will be charged but a transfer of this kind must be done at least 10 working days prior to the event.
 
Confirmation of booking 
Provisional bookings are held for 10 working days. In this time we must receive a completed booking form. If a booking form is not received in this time your place may be released. An email/letter of confirmation, along with joining instructions, will be sent within 10 working days of receiving the completed booking form.
 
Copyright and intellectual property
All participants are provided with training notes and handouts to serve as a reference tool for use after the event. They cannot be used for cascade training purposes and/or copied.  Reproduction of the handouts is not allowed without express permission. Saltbox will always seek to protect its own copyright and other intellectual property rights included in its courses and related materials and publications.
 
Data protection
Saltbox keeps any personal information you supply for the purpose for which you have provided it. It is not passed to other organisations unless this is made explicit when you supply it. However, Saltbox may from time to time use your details to send you information about other training, services or events. See our Privacy Policy
