Managing Climate Anxiety
How to feel more in control and less anxious about the climate crisis
Climate anxiety is a growing phenomenon, characterised by grief, desperation, or an overwhelming sense of doom about the future of people and planet...
“A generalised sense that the ecological foundations of existence are in the process of collapse” (Glenn Albrecht)
Climate anxiety leaves people feeling sad, anxious, angry, powerless, helpless, and guilty and can be crippling if not managed effectively. In this engaging, interactive workshop, you'll discover the 6 keys to managing or alleviating climate anxiety, and will leave the session with a set of personal actions that you can implement afterwards in your workplace or at home to help you and/or your team to feel more in control and less anxious about the climate crisis.
The workshop will bring the 6 keys to life using stories, metaphors, and practical activities and provide you with a wealth of tips, resources, and sources of further ideas and help.
You'll create a personal action plan for implementing the 6 keys to help you manage climate anxiety - whether for yourself or your team - and you'll feel empowered to take constructive action that will make a difference to yourself, to those around you, and to the planet.
